The registration fee of CLiC-it 2026 does not include lunches. However, a paid catering service will be available for working lunches on Tuesday, September 15, and Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 13:00 to 14:00.
The working lunches will be served in the same areas designated for coffee breaks, in the porch at the entrance of building 7, on a self-service basis.
- Early-bird rate: €22.00 per person, per day
- On-site rate: €25.00 per person, per day

Special meal preparations for specific dietary needs—including celiac disease, lactose intolerance, vegetarian diets, and the exclusion of pork—are available upon request at the time of booking.
Without an advance reservation, you may purchase the business breakfast directly at the conference venue, subject to availability, as seats are limited.
Upon payment, an official receipt will be issued, specifying the service purchased, which can be used as proof of expense in accordance with the procedures established by your affiliated organization. If your university, administration, or affiliated organization requires an invoice or specific information on the receipt for reimbursement purposes, please verify this in advance and notify us before the receipt is issued.
